The Indigo Reef marina offers convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean through Vaca Cut. Whether you’re an avid fisherman or a sailing enthusiast, the marina is the perfect starting point for ocean adventures. Enjoy the ease of docking your boat at the resort, ready for your next excursion at any moment.
Boat Length Requirements
Strictly monitored by HOA management
- Dock space lengths are all 35′ maximum
- Boats must have a length overall of no more than 31′
- Marina Dock Area Draft: Low Tide 4′
Dock Assignment Chart and Marina Coordinates
You can check the Dock Assignment Chart to view the dock number corresponding to each Villa. The Villas and docks are privately owned, and the ports are deeded to specific Villas. Docks may not be reassigned to another Villa under any circumstances.

Launching and Parking Your Boat and Trailer
MM 54 Public Boat Ramp
We recommend the Mile Marker 54 public boat ramp on Overseas Highway, just 3 minutes from your Villa dock. There is ample parking for both vehicle and temporary trailer drop-off.

Moose Lodge
Although trailer parking is not permitted on-site at Indigo Reef, you can reserve parking with Moose Lodge, conveniently located outside the gated entrance to the property grounds ($20.00/night, advance reservation required). Please call (305) 481-7187 for more information or reservations.
Marathon Boat Trailer Storage
We also recommend Marathon Boat Trailer Storage as another option. They’re just 3 miles south of Indigo Reef on Overseas Hwy. The facility offers dependable, gated storage for your trailer at competitive rates with 24/7 surveillance and a freshwater washdown during drop-off. Saturday to Saturday reservations are required.
