Imagine waking up in your villa at Coral Lagoon and stepping out to find your boat just steps away in the marina. This convenience lets you easily embark on a day of adventure on the stunning waters of the Florida Keys. Enjoy hassle-free boating with full-service amenities right at your doorstep.

Important Notices

1. Slip space is not included with your rental villa. To reserve slip space in the marina, please contact us using the live chat feature on our website or call (305) 853-5000.
2. If you bring a boat, the Homeowner’s Association and Boat House Marina require you to obtain additional insurance coverage during your stay at Coral Lagoon. Please click here for directions. You must insure your boat for the use of canal dockage or Boat House Marina services before your visit. Please provide the information required via email to the recipients specified within the linked document.
3. Next, you are required to complete the Boat Owner Information Form before your stay.
4. Once the Boat Owner Information Form is complete, the dockmaster will generate a PandaDoc lease for electronic signature. Once the lease is fully executed, the lessee and the Village owner will get an electronic lease copy. The Village owner may elect to have their rental agencies receive the fully executed lease.

Boat House Marina

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the comprehensive services offered by the on-site Boat House Marina. Whether you need to launch your vessel or want to take advantage of valet-trailer service, the Boat House Marina can help. The marina includes a boat ramp and secure trailer parking, ensuring your vessel is well cared for. Larger or additional slip spaces are available, and a friendly staff is always ready to assist with your needs.

To reserve slip space for your boat in the marina, please contact us using the live chat feature on our website or call (305) 853-5000. For all other marina services, please contact the Boat House Marina directly for reservations at (305) 481-0653. The launch ramp closes at 4:30 PM and the marina at 5 PM. You don’t need to wait for your Villa to be ready to utilize marina services; slips are available any time after 11 AM on the day of your arrival. Valet trailer service is available for a small fee.

• Trailer storage fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $30 dollars a day ($60 dollars if your vessel is stored overnight on the trailer)
• The ramp fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $15 dollars per one-way use of the ramp
• View the Boat House Marina pricing for the public rates (non-Coral Lagoon renters) and other costs, including renting a wet slip or dry rack indoor storage
