Deposit: Two night’s deposit at time of reservation. Full prepayment required 15 days prior to arrival. Holiday & Special Event periods require full pre-payment at time of reservation.
Cancellation: 100% Full Refund if cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% Refund if cancellation received within 30 days of arrival date. No refund if cancellation received within 15 days of arrival date. No refund for Holiday & Special event periods if cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date.
